MSHIELD provides practical tools, guides, and other resources to support health care organizations in addressing non-medical factors that influence health and health care. Resources cover topics such as data collection, screening and identification of non-medical needs, implementation strategies, communications, and the use of community-level data to inform quality improvement efforts.
The library is designed to support providers, quality improvement teams, and community partners as they explore and implement approaches that strengthen care and improve health outcomes.
